What supply chain processes can AI meaningfully improve?
AI adds the most value where data is abundant but decision-making is slow or reactive. Demand forecasting, fleet routing, inventory positioning, and disruption detection are all strong candidates. We assess your current data quality and workflow before recommending where to start.
How long does a typical engagement take?
Initial scoping and data assessment usually take two to three weeks. Model development and integration typically run eight to twelve weeks, depending on system complexity and data availability. We set timelines collaboratively with your team.
Do we need to replace our existing ERP or WMS?
No. We build integrations that sit alongside your existing systems. Our models read from and write to your current platforms via APIs or data connectors. Replacing core systems is not part of our engagement scope.
What kind of data do you need from us to get started?
For demand planning, historical order and inventory data is the starting point — typically 12 to 24 months. For routing, we need fleet and delivery data. For visibility, we map your existing data sources during scoping. Clean data is helpful, but we also work with imperfect datasets.
How is our data handled and protected?
We operate under strict data handling practices. All data shared with us for model development is used only for that engagement. We sign data processing agreements with each client and follow applicable Malaysian data protection requirements.
What support is available after the system goes live?
